1. Digital Product Policy

Because our Playbook is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase to ensure you have the opportunity to review the content and confirm it meets your expectations.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date
  • You contact us at support@calmconfidentchild.com with your order details
  • You have not previously received a refund for this product

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@calmconfidentchild.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase
  • Your order confirmation number
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving your request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Duplicate refund requests for the same order
  • Purchases made during promotional or discounted sales (unless otherwise stated)
  • Failure to access content due to technical issues on your end (we will work to resolve these)

5. Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the Playbook and any associated materials will be revoked immediately. You agree to delete or destroy any downloaded copies of the content upon refund.
